Pompeii, Naples, and the Coast

I had an amazing time travelling Italy. I discovered Pompeii, hiked up the volcano (Mount Vesuvius), and went to Herculaneum. Herculaneum is mainly buried by a new city near the coast. At one time, it was a coastal city, but it was destroyed by lava when the volcano erupted. Pompeii was covered by the ashes. I also explored Naples, Sorrento and other towns along the Amalfi coast.

This is a typical Italian house with clothes hanging out to dry.

This was a stove used to bake bread in Pompeii.

A statue of Apollo is placed in front of columns in Pompeii.

I am actively seeking part-time employment and freelance work in the Dorset, southern Hampshire, and southern Wiltshire areas. Visit my CV/resume.
