Pumpkin Cookies

I finally had time this evening to make pumpkin cookies, after finally receiving the tin of pumpkin on January first that my parents posted in mid-November (notice how slow the post is). For anyone who has attempted to cook in conversion between different measurements (US to UK), you will understand and sympathize with me. Cups to grams, US teaspoons to UK teaspoons, Fahrenheit to Celsius. My sugar cookie experience in November turned out to be a fiasco. At least I've fared better with the pumpkin cookies, and they are delicious. Back to web things now, I have added a section for useful and fun links.
