Travels, Down the Nile In Egypt

I've recently returned from discovering Egypt along the Nile and a couple of days in Cairo. The Nile cruise was amazing, and we stopped off at several areas from Luxor to Aswan to see tombs and temples. For me, the most amazing part was watching the world go by from the cruise ship on the Nile. The role of the Nile plays a very important part in the lives of the people who live on it. Along the Nile, I saw clothes being washed in the river, workers traveling along the banks on donkeys, children playing, fisherman fishing in little boats, farmers working in fields, workers praying, the sounds of the calls to worship from various mosques set back from the river, beautiful sunsets, and wandering livestock. This is certainly one of the most amazing places that I have visited. Below are a few photos that I took that document life along the Nile.
