Periwinkle, Burnt Sienna, and Cornflower: Celebrating Crayons

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

When I was younger, one of my favourite pastimes was drawing pictures using crayons or colouring in a 'colouring book'. I remember a clip shown on 'Sesame Street' of crayons being made in a factory and loved the vibrant colours. Periwinkle, Cornflower, Jungle Green, Burnt Sienna, Spring Green; I still remember the names of the colours.

There are 120 colours of Crayola Crayons, and I discovered a web site that lists the colours and the hexadecimal and RGB values. Enjoy, and happy colouring!
