Birchbox Carnaby Street Pop-up January 2018

I visited the Birchbox Pop-up shop on Carnaby Street for this month. This was my second visit after the first one in November of last year (read my post about November's visit here), not long after they opened the pop-up. There were some items that I had never tried before, so I decided to pick some items to try.

Birchbox is a monthly beauty/skin-care subscription box. In the pop-up shops, visitors can pick their own items instead of being surprised by random items that come in the monthly subscription box. Read below to see what I picked out.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer: This primer promises to keep make-up in place and from running, and it is an award-winning product. It is a transparent gel and helps to hide blemishes and can be worn with foundation or without.

Sprectrum Collection A10 small fan brush: This small fan brush can be used to apply finishing touches of make-up and highlighter to cheekbones, nose, and forehead.

Lumene 3-in-1 Micellar Cleansing Water: This facial cleansing water helps to remove make-up and dirt from skin, and it rebalances skin. It does not require rinsing as it is made from spring water.

Dr. PawPaw original clear balm: This balm is made of fermented pawpaw, and it has healing and soothing properties. It can be applied to lips and skin to soothe dry patches, so it is perfect at this time of year. It can also be applied to hair and nails for nourishment.

R+Co Badlands Dry Shampoo Paste: This dry shampoo refreshes hair; the oil-absorbing ash and nourishing oils help make hair look fresh and clean.
