- To create a poster illustration to publicize the display of the British slave ship Henrietta Marie at West Virginia State Museum.
- This poster was created to appeal to children in elementary school. I created a colorful illustration in front of a clouded image of a map of the eastern United States, Europe and Africa. The image of shackles represents the slave ship, and the stormy colors and angle of the ship portray a sense of distress that represents the fate of the ship.
All objects in image except for shackles drawn by me; shackles from royalty-free clipart gallery. Received a 'B' for this project.
