Disappointment

I'm very unhappy with Bournemouth University accommodation. Their promised Internet access did not work (which was a big factor in me moving in), and I would have had no way of updating this web site or working on my coursework. I'm still trying to get partial compensation or even an apology from them for two weeks of rent where they said they had not moved someone in (of course they had because my room was the only one available and people needed rooms). When I came over earlier in the summer, they also refused to show me the accommodation. Now I know why. It has been a lonely time and not possible to do some coursework at home without the Internet access.
