C215 Uncovered on Blackall Street

Blackall Street has had a little bit of a clean prior to building works taking place, with some of the paste-ups disappearing from the walls a few weeks ago. This has led to the uncovering of a piece of street art by C215. The artist, who is from France, has stenciled a lot of portraits and cats around London. However, his work does not seem to last too long as it tends to get tagged over quickly by another street artist that I assume he has a rilvary with.
